    SIM Technology Group has one class of ordinary shares, denominated in HK$0.10 each.

    SIM Technology Group have 1,500 million shares outstanding as at 30 June 2005.

    The Hong Kong register only includes members who are resident in Hong Kong SAR may hold shares on the Hong Kong overseas branch register.

    When does SIM Technology Group report its financial results?

    SIM Technology Group’s financial year is the calendar year up to and including 31 December. The first annual results for the financial year will be announced at the end of March or early in April of the following year.

    In addition, SIM Technology Group reports interim results for the 6 months to 30 June each year, which are usually announced at the end of August.

    Does SIM Technology Group pay dividends?

    The board of directors did not recommend the payment of an interim dividend for the six months ended 30 June 2005.

    However, in view of the continuous strong cash flow generated from operations, SIM Technology Group plans to distribute 35% of the Group’s distributable profit as dividend, but the actual amount of dividend and its percentage of the profit will be decided at the discretion of the Board and will depend upon the Company’s future operation and earnings, capital demand and surplus, general financial condition, contractual restrictions, and other factors that the Board deems relevant.
