Mr Heng Kwoo Seng, is an independent non-executive Director and chairman of the Audit Committee.

Mr Heng is the managing partner of Morison Heng, Chartered Accountants and Certified Public Accountants in Hong Kong. Mr Heng has the appropriate professional qualifications as required under Rule 3.10(2) of the Listing Rules as he is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr Heng has worked with a number of companies listed on the Stock Exchange either in the capacity of company secretary or as an independent non-executive director.

Mr Heng was appointed as an independent non-executive Director in January 2005.
