Mr Wang Chengwei, is an independent non-executive Director of the Company.

Mr Wang has 30 years experience in the steel industry. Mr Wang joined Bao Steel Group in 1980 and has held a number of senior positions at Bao Steel Group including vice commander and chairman of the board of several of its joined venture companies. In addition, he is a director of the Shanghai Electronic Engineering Association. Mr. Wang is a winner of first class award of national technology improvements granted by the State in 1990.

Mr Wang graduated from Beijing University of Mechanical Engineering in design and manufacturing techniques in 1964. Mr. Wang was appointed as an independent non-executive Director in January 2005.
