Mr Li Zhemin, is the general manager ofTD-SCDMA business unit of SIM Technology Group.Mr Li has over 10 years of experience in R&D and technicalmanagement in the fields of mobile phone and mobiletelecommunication technology. Before joining the Group inDecember 2006, Mr Li held senior technical and administrativepositions in various large international telecommunicationscompanies, including Motorola (China) ELECTRONICS Ltd.,Alcatel Shanghai Bell Co., Ltd. and Analog Devices, Inc.

Mr Li obtained a bachelor’s degree in engineering from XiDianUniversity, specializing in electronic engineering.
